Hiya all...
I am so lagging behind. Everyone have sent their storyboard and Pier has been working on page 3 already. Right, so here is my storyboards for my Wires story. At this point, I'm not sure how connected my story with the rest of Wires, and hell I don't even know what's going to happen in most part of my story. But then again, I've been wasting too many precious time, and I need to get the idea out one way or another.
I've been trying to do a very tight panels comics (12 panels or more in one page like the classic European style) for a while now, but never get the chance. Since we all have 12 pages to work on, I guess this is my opportunity to give it a try.
Using very tight panels, it's a great way too to put more details into the pages and hopefully I could play around with comic pacing and timing too. Alright, enough babbling. To everyone, I welcome all comments and critiques in any way to improve my story. Bring it on!
Cheers girl and boys!
Storyboard
I really like the way you draw soooo freely. Beautiful storyboard. Dynamic line and we can really follow the page construction.
As I told you, I would just put attention in positionning all the different characters in a scene. But of course it's just a storyboard ;)
My idea for the ending would be to have, as the pirat, a character we already know... so it could make sense not to see him/her at all, almost. One character from one of the other stories.
Of course it's totally up to you, and I'm sure you'll find out a beautiful way to compil all this.
I really can't wait to see the final result! As I already had the chance to work with you, I know you're gonna succeed very well onto this. You always find a perfect balance between the gesture and the construction...
;)
