Hello everyone...
Looking at Nele and PieR's inking pages really scared the hell out of me. My problem is, I always think too much and wanted to do the perfect masterpiece (Well, that's not going to happen and there are no such thing!).
So, I wake up from sulking and started to ink my pages. Hah! what a relief to get all the worries out of my systems. So here there are, few of my inking pages. I upload page 1 to 7 (minus page 5, because I'm redrawing the panels).
As you can see, I finishing up my pages like putting together a puzzle. I jumped from pages to pages to make sure I get the same intensity and feeling across my pages. There are some blank panels which I reserved for later (usually I couldn't decide the best scene to put in there). It took me forever to decide, so i leave it till I manage to put together the other pages.
I got to admit that I love inking. And you can really get 'lost' in the process and tend to go into details too much. Which took me forever to finish. I've changed some scenes in some panels to better suit the overall sequences. I'm sure there will be other last minute changes before the book going to the printing.
Great pages from Nele and PieR. It really drives me crazy. Hopefully I could catch up with you two.
Cheers!
